The base of this unique table lamp is a basket that has traditionally been used for storing mealie (corn) meal and beer by people living in the Buhera District of Eastern Zimbabwe. The baskets are woven by women only. Due to the nature of production methods and the use of natural materials, each product may vary slightly in both dimensions and coloring which enhance the authenticity of each item. 

Smaller sizes are also available upon request.
